With its new Luting System, the bredent group Luting provides dental laboratories with an innovative solution for digital prosthesis fabrication. Consisting of digital.connect and digital.bond, this two-component fixation system enables a permanent, secure bond between CAD/CAM-milled bases and both prefabricated and CAD/CAM-manufactured prosthetic teeth. The system has been specifically developed for dental laboratories that have adopted digital full prosthesis production as their manufacturing approach for the future. Reliable adhesive bond and material compatibility 
The bredent L Luting System ensures a long-term, stable adhesive bond between PMMA teeth such as breCAM.multiCOM+ or neo.lign and denture bases such as breCAM.base. By eliminating traditional polymerization processes, dental laboratories save valuable time as well as energy and material costs. Its high level of material compatibility allows use with all standard printed and milled PMMA and composite materials, whilst its certification as a class IIa medical device guarantees maximum safety, biocompatibility and clinical reliability.

digital.connect: permanently stable bonding 
digital.connect provides a permanently stable bond between the denture base and the teeth. It forms a reactive boundary layer that ensures reliable adhesion between the denture base and denture teeth. The light-curing component provides controlled curing while the 10 ml glass bottle provides enough material for multiple applications.

digital.bond: Precise, gap-free positioning
digital.bond ensures precise, gap-free positioning of the denture teeth within the cavity. The universal pink colour is matched to uni.lign PC 20. The 8g double-mix-cartridge is sufficient for around five prostheses. The dual-curing material uses a self-curing and light-curing action to ensure fast, clean, precise processing in the laboratory.
