A new chapter in scientific collaboration, education and tissue-focused implantology
The bredent group, an internationally leading provider of innovative treatment concepts in implantology and regenerative dentistry, proudly announces a strategic long-term collaboration with internationally renowned oral surgeon and regeneration expert Prof. Dr. med. dent. Fouad Khoury, who joins the company as Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Strategic Clinical & Scientific Partner.
This partnership marks an important milestone for the future of implant dentistry and brings together two organizations united by a common belief: that modern implantology must be biologically driven, scientifically grounded and clinically predictable.
For decades, the bredent group has been committed to treatment concepts that prioritize tissue preservation, immediate patient care and integrated workflows. With Prof. Dr. Khoury — one of the world’s most recognized pioneers in hard and soft tissue regeneration and founder of the globally established Khoury Techniques (such as the Shell Technique, the Carota Technique) for autologous bone augmentation — the company welcomes a partner whose philosophy strongly reflects its own commitment to long-term clinical success and patient-centered care.
“My entire team and I are very pleased about our close collaboration with the bredent group, a family-owned company with a strong national and international presence. We hope that this collaboration will lead to further improvements in treatment options, enabling us to offer the best possible therapies to our patients. We also look forward to bringing our ideas to life in the areas of research and education with bredent’s support,” says Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury.
“Some collaborations are strategic. Others are deeply aligned in values and vision. With Prof. Dr. Khoury, we found both. His contribution to regenerative dentistry has shaped generations of clinicians, and we strongly believe that together we can help advance education and biological treatment concepts for the benefit of clinicians and patients alike,” says Gerald Micko, CEO of the bredent group.
Looking ahead
The collaboration will include a broad range of initiatives spanning international educational programs, scientific exchange, advanced training, congresses, clinical documentation and collaborative development in modern implant therapy. Clinicians, partners and distributors worldwide can expect future educational opportunities designed to bridge scientific understanding with practical implementation — helping dental professionals achieve greater predictability in both surgical and prosthetic outcomes.
