The brePRINT 04 custom tray provides dentists and dental laboratories with a specially developed medical device by bredent for manufacturing individual functional and impression trays.

The material is suitable for a wide range of applications, including those involving partially or fully edentious patients. It is also suitable for patients with implants or other complex restorations. The brePRINT 04 custom tray supports a precise implementation of the planned impression and enables the production of stable, mechanically resilient trays while ensuring an efficient workflow.

A special advantage lies in its TPO-free formula based on an alternative polymeric photoinitiator. This reduces the burden on the laboratory work environment and promotes improved material compatibility.

The blue colour provides a clear visual distinction from impression materials and enables reliable visual inspection both while the impression is being taken and during the manufacturing and finishing process. In addition, the material is distinguished by its short printing time and high flexural strength.

The digital production of custom impression trays allows processes to be standardised and made reproducible – a major factor in boosting efficiency in day-to-day laboratory work. Individual impression trays are a key element in modern prosthetics. They enable the precise recording of intraoral situation and thus form the basis for a custom-fit prosthetic restoration.
