Bionic Materials
BioniCut Snap
The patient’s perfect test drive!
With our 24 hours functional therapeutical splint patients are able to eat and enjoy the day without any problems. Thus, the patient will be optimally prepared for the later definitive restoration.
BioniCut Snap – a flexible material with outstanding esthetics and safety properties resulting from a long experience with the Thermopress system. This material is a biocompatible resin for the production of metal-free, removable dentures and splints in accordance with the CAD/CAM technology.
- Processing:
- • is machinable wet as well as dry
- • with breCAM.Cutter TP (single tooth cutter) or with the DCS system with the Orange Line
- Indications:
- • Tooth-colored, extremely thin and practically invisible splints (Snap-On Technique)
- • Functional therapeutical splints for 24 hours/day with which the patient can eat
- • Tooth-preserving, hardly visible clasp prostheses
- • Splint and telescope model casting bases
- • Removable, temporary clasp prostheses for the healing phase of implant restorations

breCAM.monoCOM
Long-term provisionals with up to 2 years wearing time
With its low material costs and fast processing, monoCOM is ideal for creating fast restorations. Wearing time of up to 2 years offers a lot of freedom for the treatment period. breCAM.monoCOM consists of polymethyl methacrylate.
- Processing:
- • can be machined both wet and dry
- • with breCAM.Cutter TP or in the DCS system with the Orange Line
Indication for multiCOM and monoCOM:
Used to produce crowns and bridges using the CAD/CAM process.

breCAM.multiCOM
Highly aesthetic provisionals with up to 2 years wearing time
The multichromatic layering of multiCOM gives the dentures a natural colour gradient. The wearing time of up to 2 years enables long-term medically or financially planned treatments. The physiological properties are excellent for the first provisional and immediate restoration after surgical procedures, such as fast & fixed treatment.
- Processing:
- • can be machined both wet and dry
- • with breCAM.Cutter TP or in the DCS system with the Orange Line
Indication for multiCOM and monoCOM:
Used to produce crowns and bridges using the CAD/CAM process.

breCAM.HIPC
Aesthetic, physiological, permanent dentures as veneer or monolithic
HIPC – High Impact Polymer Composite – is comparable in plaque resistance and
colour stability to ceramic direct veneers
or press ceramics, which means that it exceeds both in terms of long-term stability. HIPC behaves physiologically due to its modulus of elasticity, making it the perfect complement to BioHPP or PEEK bridges or for gnathological treatments.
In technical terms, HIPC is comparable to neo.lign teeth and
novo.lign veneers and is ideal for expansion within the visio.lign
system with crea.lign and crea.lign gum.
HIPC has been proven in vivo for 12 years!
Indication for breCAM.HIPC:
Crowns and bridges using CAD/CAM technology | Splints using CAD/CAM technology | Veneering crowns and bridges as well as implant constructions | Removable dentures | temporary dentures

breCAM.BioHPP
Physiological, biocompatible high-performance plastic for permanent bridge and telescopic constructions
Biocompatible High Performance Polymer – PEEK for oral use
BioHPP is a partly crystalline, thermoplastic, and highly heat resistant high-performance polymer based on PEEK (polyether ether ketone), filled with bound inorganic ceramic microparticles with a diameter of < 0.5 µm. As a result, its physiological elasticity has been retained and paired with the perfect stiffness for oral use and outstanding polishing properties thanks to its ceramic extension.
- Therefore, BioHPP achieves a unique balance between:
- Elasticity and rigidity
- Weight and breaking strength
- Physiology and plaque neutrality
Indication for breCAM.BioHPP:
Crown caps and veneer frameworks for composite veneers | Crowns and bridges up to 2 pontics | Implant-supported crowns and bridges up to a maximum of 2 pontics Primary | Secondary structures
Available in BioHPP (white), dentin-shade 2 and heights:
breCAM.BioHPP blanks (Ø 98.4 mm) available in 12, 16, 20 and 24 mm heights
AG and ZZ: in 20 mm height
breCAM.BioHPP elegance prefabs
Physiological abutments with BioHPP
Millable abutment blank (BioHPP, grade 4 titanium) for the production of individual, adhesive gap-free, physiological hybrid abutments.
Available in colour and size:
Dentin Shade 2 as cylinder with aluminium holder, Ø12 mm x 16 mm height
breCAM.splint
Quality splints
breCAM.splint is a chemoplastic PMMA specially designed for manufacturing drilling templates, table tops and occlusal splints and guarantees a maximum wearing time of 2 years.
Available heights:
breCAM.splint blanks (Ø 98.4 and 100 mm) are available in 15, 20 and 25 mm heights

breCAM.wax
Similar reproducible
breCAM.wax blanks are made from a special milling wax (micro-crystalline hydrocarbon wax with hard paraffin and polyethylene parts), which is very easy to process and burn without residue.
breCAM.wax is ideally suited for the digital production of fully anatomical or reduced frameworks, inlays, onlays, and implant work up to large bridges for metal casting and pressing technology (ceramic and BioHPP).
