In October 2026, the bredent group launched a new solution for bleach applications with the DTK adhesive Bleach. The new adhesive expands the proven bredent bond.lign system and was developed for applications where reliable bond strength, aesthetic requirements and long-term stability are equally required.

DTK adhesive bleach stands for a high-performance bond and natural aesthetics. Integrated fluorescence pigments support optical integration. Additionally, the adhesive is sterilisable and long-term stable, providing a reliable basis for professional use.

The interaction of variant bonding mechanisms
The quality of an adhesive connection is created by interaction of several factors. The bredent bond.lign system uses three coordinated bonding mechanisms: chemical bonding, microretention and adhesive bonding. As a component of the bredent bond.lign system, DTK adhesive bleach plays an important role. While chemical bonding ensures molecular retention and microretention is supported by mechanical interlocking, the adhesive performs a central function within the adhesive bond. In combination with the specially tuned primers, the system unfolds its full effect and in combination the components enable a secure and permanent adhesive connection.
